I can't belive it!! In a time where more and more people/companies are failing to realize that they're in business BECAUSE of their customers, not in spite of them, you've gone above and beyond. When I inquired about perhaps being sent a new leash when I mailed my riding glasses for repair, I anticipated a 50/50 chance of finding one upon their return.
No sooner did I verify that they'd been received at your location by tracking the shipment online, I found a delivery receipt in my mailbox from the post office advising me that you'd already shipped them back to me.
As ALWAYS...even MORE so now, I will continue to brag about, show-off and recommend your products to all of my friends that ride...especially those that require prescription eyewear.
